TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Confidentiality. The Recipient agrees to keep all information provided by the Discloser confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
2. Use of Information. The Information shall be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the potential business transaction.
3. Term. This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 12 months from the date of signing.
